From registration to payout and delivery—here’s the exact flow for customers, vendors, and riders, with every safeguard explained.

1) Register & Verify

Create an account and complete quick KYC. Vendors verify business & products; riders verify identity, bike, and plate number.

  • Customer: phone + email OTP
  • Vendor: ID, CAC (optional for individuals), store profile
  • Rider: ID, NIN, bike photos, plate number, insurance/road worthiness (where applicable)

2) Order with Escrow

Customer pays into escrow. Funds are locked until delivery is confirmed. No vendor or rider can withdraw until acceptance.

3) Dispatch & Delivery

Nearest verified rider is notified, picks up from vendor, and delivers to customer with GPS tracking and in-app status updates.

Delivery: Track your rider in real time; receive OTP/QR for secure handoff.

Inspect & Accept: If satisfied, tap “Accept Delivery”—escrow releases to vendor and rider instantly.

Vendor: Step-by-Step

Register & Verify: Add ID, optional CAC, and set up your storefront (photos, descriptions, pricing, rental terms).

Order Notification: Once customer pays to escrow, you’re notified to prepare the item.

Package & Handover: Rider arrives; verify rider ID in app; hand over item with seal or QR code scan.

Delivery & Acceptance: After customer accepts, funds auto-release to your wallet minus commission (or per your plan).

Disputes: If raised, submit photos/evidence in chat. We mediate quickly to protect both sides.

Optional: Offer rentals with deposits and return windows.

Rider: Step-by-Step

Onboard: Submit ID, NIN, selfie, bike photos (front/side/plate), plate number, and bank details. Agree to rider policy.

Accept Jobs: Get pings by proximity; view pickup, drop-off, and earnings before accepting.

Secure Pickup: Scan vendor QR or enter OTP; app time-stamps and starts GPS tracking.

Proof of Delivery: Customer provides OTP/QR; add photo proof if required. Status updates to “Delivered”.

Payouts: Delivery fee is released on customer acceptance. Riders can withdraw to bank anytime.

Safety: periodic selfie checks; GPS required during trips.

Registration requirements
Customer: phone/email OTP; default address; optional wallet.
Vendor: Government ID, business name, store profile, product photos, optional CAC certificate.
Rider: ID & NIN, selfie, bike make/model/year, plate number, bike photos (front/side/plate close-up), proof of ownership/lease, insurance/road worthiness (where applicable), bank details.
What escrow covers
Escrow holds the full item price (and rental deposit if applicable) until the customer confirms delivery and condition. Funds are not released on pickup—only after acceptance or auto-accept if no issue is raised within the return window.
Disputes & returns
If a customer taps “Raise Issue,” escrow is paused. Both parties upload evidence in the order chat (photos, timestamps). Our team reviews policy fit (listing accuracy, condition, hygiene, size/fit for rentals). Outcomes include replace, partial refund, or full refund (minus delivery).
Payout timing
Vendor and rider payouts are released instantly on acceptance and typically settle to bank within minutes to 24 hours depending on bank rails. Wallet balance shows live earnings with a full ledger.
Security & data privacy
We use encrypted payments, device checks, GPS logs, and OTP/QR confirmations. Personal data is used strictly for order fulfillment, KYC, and safety. Riders must keep GPS active while on trips.
