If seller disputes, the case goes to Oma.ng\u2019s Dispute Team.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ol>\r\n\r\n          <h4>Dispute Resolution<\/h4>\r\n          <p>Oma.ng reviews evidence from buyer, seller and delivery partner (including pre-wrap and sealed-package images) before making a decision. Decisions may include:<\/p>\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>Full refund to buyer\u2019s Oma.ng wallet;<\/li>\r\n            <li>Partial refund;<\/li>\r\n            <li>Release of funds to the vendor;<\/li>\r\n            <li>Request return of goods before refund (return shipping responsibility decided case-by-case).<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n\r\n          <h4>Refund Timing<\/h4>\r\n          <p>Approved refunds are credited to the buyer\u2019s Oma.ng wallet within <strong>3\u20135 business days<\/strong>.
